1 Acceptance of Terms

StoneBlade Landscaping LLC provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to:

  • Sod installation and lawn care
  • Full yard transformations
  • Landscape design and planning
  • Palm and tree installation
  • Rock, pavers, and hardscaping
  • Bush and shrub removal

Specific services are provided according to the scope agreed upon in writing between you and StoneBlade Landscaping LLC. The descriptions on our website are for informational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of specific results.

3 Quotes and Estimates

  • Free Estimates: We offer free, no-obligation estimates for all services. Estimates are provided after an on-site assessment when possible.
  • Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
  • Price Changes: Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes, site conditions differ from initial assessment, or material costs increase.
  • Quote Acceptance: A quote becomes binding when you approve it in writing and provide the required deposit.
  • Additional Work: Any additional work not included in the original scope will require written approval and may result in additional charges.

4 Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your project date and order materials. Deposit amounts will be outlined in your service agreement.
  • Payment Schedule: Payment terms are typically 50% deposit upon project approval, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment processing fees may apply to credit card transactions.
  • Late Payments: Payments not received within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees. We reserve the right to pause or stop work on accounts with outstanding balances.
  • Final Payment: Final payment is due upon project completion and satisfactory walkthrough. Work may not be considered complete until final payment is received.

5 Cancellation Policy

  • Client Cancellation: Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or work has begun.
  • Weather and Circumstances: Scheduled work may be postponed due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. We will reschedule as soon as conditions permit.
  • Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule projects due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide full refund of any deposits paid.
  • Change Orders: Changes to the project scope must be submitted in writing. Additional charges may apply for scope changes.

6 Property Access and Conditions

  • Access: Client is responsible for providing access to the property on scheduled work days. Failure to provide access may result in additional charges.
  • Underground Utilities: Client must inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden hazards. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities.
  • Site Conditions: Quotes assume reasonable site conditions. Additional charges may apply for difficult access, excessive debris, or unforeseen site conditions.
  • Property Care: We take precautions to protect your property but are not responsible for normal wear and tear or minor damage to lawns, plants, or existing structures during the course of work.

7 Warranty and Guarantees

  • Sod Installation: We provide a 30-day establishment warranty on sod installations. This warranty covers replacement of sod that fails to establish due to installation defects, provided proper care instructions have been followed.
  • Plants and Trees: Plants and trees installed by us include a 1-year warranty with proper care. Warranty does not cover damage from pets, pests, extreme weather, or neglect.
  • Hardscaping: Hardscaping installations include a 1-year warranty on craftsmanship. Natural wear and tear, settling, and damage from external forces are not covered.
  • Workmanship: All work is guaranteed to be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

Warranty Exclusions: Warranty is void if proper maintenance is not performed, if the property is damaged by others, or if recommended care instructions are not followed.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use.
  • We are not responsible for damage to existing structures, underground utilities not disclosed to us, or pre-existing conditions.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, material shortages, or third-party contractors.

9 Intellectual Property

  • Website Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of StoneBlade Landscaping LLC and protected by copyright laws.
  • Design Plans: Landscape design plans created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may use completed designs for promotional purposes.
  • Photos: We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for our portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

10 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
